Oct. 30, 1942 – Friday

Two ships have fallen out of the convoy.  One was the aircraft carrier transport and the other was a ship full of nurses.  They must of had engine trouble so they will catch up soon.  The meals are getting worse and I hope they don’t continue.  Nothing else happen today and the sea is very calm.  There are no stars what ever out tonight.
