The fellows hit Sicily this morning at 3 AM. We are in a “C” ration camp and how I love “C” ration, now! We played cards all day long. Butts and I walked down to the truck after a few things. While we were there we walked over to the Bizerte airport to see all of the German air craft that was destroyed on the ground. We hitch-hiked back. We played cards until bedtime.
